Hector Caldera attended SACNAS National Convention

Hector Caldera, of Markleeville, CA, attended the SACNAS (Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science) National Convention in Washington D.C on October 29-31. Caldera presented a poster on his research, "Investigation of the structure of recombinantly expressed influenza M1matrix protein," a project with Nancy Hom and Kelly Lee. Caldera's major is Chemistry - Biochemistry option.
