Leandrew Dailey attended SACNAS National Convention

Leandrew Dailey, of Pinon, AZ, attended the SACNAS (Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science) National Convention in Washington D.C on October 29-31. Dailey presented a poster on her research, "An examination of ferric iron and nitrate reduction activity in acido bacterium capsulatum," a project with Chemistry Professor Leslie Sommerville. Dailey's major is Biology - Cellular & Molecular Biology option.
