Marissa DiCecco named to the 2016 Women's Lacrosse Academic All-RMAC Team

Marissa DiCecco was named to the 2016 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Women's Lacrosse All-Academic Honor Roll.

DiCecco earned Academic All-RMAC Honor Roll honors in 2015 and was named to the All-RMAC Third Team in 2014. A Psychology major with a 3.59 grade point average, the Rochester, Minn. Native has played in all 12 games this season, accounting for eight goals and 10 assists. She has scored at least two goals in three different games this season while adding four ground balls, two draw controls and four caused turnovers.

This award is voted on by the league's sports information directors. To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must carry a 3.30 cumulative grade point average and must have been an active student at the institution for at least two consecutive semesters or three consecutive quarters. All student-athletes that meet those requirements, but were not voted First Team All-Academic automatically qualify for Honor Roll.
